Before you book
Is the pool heated?
The pool and spa are saltwater. Heating is an optional $300 per stay. Ask at least 72 hours before you arrive so we can bring it up to temperature. How warm it gets depends on the weather.
How far is the beach?
About 20 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach, Clam Pass and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. County beach lots charge non-residents $10 a day. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. See our family beach guide.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, up to 2 dogs with approval, for $400 per pet, per stay. Collier County beaches don't allow dogs, but there's a dog beach in Bonita Springs and two off-leash parks nearby. See our dog-friendly Naples guide.
Is it safe for small children?
There's a removable mesh safety fence around the pool, a high chair and a Pack 'n Play. Children need an adult watching them at all times near the pool, the spa, the playground and the sports court.
Can we host a party or event?
No. Parties and events aren't allowed, and no more than 13 guests may be on the property at any time, day visitors included. Exterior cameras cover the entrances and driveway, never the inside of the house.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in uses a smart lock. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. Just ask.
Why is there a security deposit?
It's a hold on your card, not a charge. It protects the house for every guest who comes after you. It's released automatically about 2 days after checkout unless we find damage. If we do, we send photos and receipts within 48 hours.
What if a hurricane hits?
If a mandatory evacuation order covers the property during your stay, or the house can't be used because of storm damage, you get a full refund for those nights. Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, so we recommend travel insurance for trips in those months.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most dates need a 2-night minimum. Holidays and peak weeks may need longer. The calendar shows what's available.
